Kairos is in production on live customer calls

Kairos is live. Not in beta, not in a controlled pilot — in production, on real customer calls, with real reps, on real deals.
The first customer teams came on in the summer. They are using Kairos the way it was designed to be used: desktop app running locally, no bot in the meeting, the move arriving in the team's messaging app when the moment lands. The rep asks when they're stuck. The system speaks when it has something worth saying.
What we built this for
The founding premise of Kairos is that senior sales judgment does not scale through one-on-ones. The leaders who carry a team's judgment are in their own deals. The reps who need that judgment are in their own deals too, at the same time, facing the same hard moments alone.
Every architecture decision we made — local capture, no bot, considered output over reflexive output, methodology-calibrated moves — was made with that premise in mind. The goal is not to put more noise in front of a rep during a call. The goal is to put the right move in front of the rep at the moment they can use it.
What we're watching
Early production tells us things simulation never does. Which moments the rep trusts the move. Which moments they don't. Which calls are harder to read than we expected. Which skills from the capture corpus transfer cleanly and which need more work.
We are watching all of it. Every call the system sits on teaches us something. The moves get sharper. The corpus compounds. The gap between what Kairos surfaces and what a senior operator would say narrows over time.
What comes next
More teams. More calls. More signal. We are in the category we set out to build — real-time sales judgment, from people who have done this — and the early production results are holding up what we believed when we started.
If your team is running calls and you want to see what this looks like on your deals, the demo request is at the top of every page.
